At SMILE #UWokeUp, every item is made to order and created with purpose. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we absolutely stand behind our products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at smileuwokeup@gmail.com.

Include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue

We will gladly provide a replacement at no cost.
