All products are made to order through a third-party fulfillment partner.
Because of this:
- Items may vary slightly in color or placement due to printing processes
- Production and shipping times may vary
- Items may ship separately depending on fulfillment location
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or fulfillment partners.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:

- Correct pricing errors
- Cancel orders if necessary
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.
4. Returns & Refunds
All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

We will replace items that are:

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

SMILE #UWokeUp allocates A Percentage of each purchase toward its mission of providing shoes to traumatic brain injury survivors.
These contributions support our nonprofit efforts but are not tax-deductible purchases unless otherwise stated.
